Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team at CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a crucial role in securing new build and refurbishment contracts for our dynamic and growing construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange subcontract and supplier packages, perform take-offs, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to clarify queries and requirements
  • Assess cost factors such as production time, materials, equipment, and labour to optimise project profitability
  • Work closely with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure compliance with pricing requirements
  • Successfully transfer awarded projects to the construction team for execution
Requirements:
  • Degree in construction or a related field is preferred, though significant relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Causeway estimating software is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
