  3. Quality Assurance: Review work performed by team members before submission to clients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  4. Process Improvement: Utilise software tools such as Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and Excel to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and clients on the effective use of software tools and best practices.
Required Skills

Education and Experience
