The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Assistance Coordinator to join our team at Allianz Partners. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the UK.

You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure that customers receive the necessary support and resources to resolve their issues. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in keeping customers informed throughout the process, from initial contact to resolution.

As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that customers receive a seamless experience. This will involve organizing onward travel arrangements to ensure customers arrive at their destination safely, as well as handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Working Hours: Based on a 35-hour week, covering shifts between 07:00 - 18:00, Monday to Sunday hours may vary in line with business needs.
