We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the Osmii team. This role is essential for fostering and enhancing relationships with our primary clients. The successful candidate will possess a robust sales background and demonstrate expertise in lead generation, networking within accounts, and delivering persuasive presentations. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and presentation outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with primary clients, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Actively seek and create new business opportunities within designated accounts. Formulate and execute strategies to expand these accounts.
  • Networking: Build and reinforce connections with key stakeholders within the accounts. Participate in industry events and meetings to broaden the network and identify new opportunities.
  • Presentation Development: Design and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders, highlighting the benefits of our solutions and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to synchronize strategies and ensure a unified approach to account management and growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, presentation outreach, and account development. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Market Research: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to offer relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the technology sector or a related field.
  • Lead Generation Proficiency: Demonstrated success in generating leads and growing business within existing accounts.
  • Networking Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Presentation Expertise: Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations to varied audiences.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical abilities, capable of tracking and reporting on KPIs and deriving actionable insights.
  • Teamwork Orientation: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is advantageous.
