Position Overview- The Role of the Registered Nurse:
- Provides empathetic nursing care to patients experiencing heart failure, cardiovascular issues, and other chronic conditions, promoting optimal health through both independent and collaborative practices.
- Enhances the quality of life for patients and their families by working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commits to ongoing education and the application of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Continually develops personal clinical expertise and knowledge.
- Engages in relevant hospital committees and participates in assigned research initiatives.
This position operates on a casual basis, with variable hours and potential short-notice shift assignments. Casual staff members have the chance to apply for permanent and temporary roles within the organization, paving the way for career advancement opportunities.
Typical shifts are scheduled on weekdays, generally from 08:30 to 16:30 hours.
- The hourly wage for this role ranges from $41.42 to $55.91.
