Production Operative
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team at a market-leading manufacturing company in Ely, Cambridgeshire. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for setting and operating production machinery, working on a fast-paced production line, picking and packing stock, and assisting with all duties asked by the senior production team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Set and operate production machinery
* Work on a fast-paced production line
* Pick and pack stock
* Lift goods of up to 15KG
* Assist with all duties asked by the senior production team
**Requirements:**
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Willingness to get stuck in
* Maintain a positive can-do attitude
