Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Professional to join our client's Service Desk team as a Service Desk Analyst. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving their IT issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First-Line Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop connections, resolving their IT issues and escalating complex problems to second-line support teams.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Desktop Support: Provide desktop support to clients, including setting up and configuring new hardware and software, and troubleshooting desktop-related issues.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Monitor and log technical issues, ensuring that all incidents are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise technical information and updates on the status of their issues.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Tech Stack, including 0365, and experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an MSP environment.
