We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role in our Coventry South (A45) Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to health and safety standards.
