We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role in our Coventry South (A45) Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
