Receptionist - Coventry

We are seeking a friendly and passionate receptionist to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests and setting the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with room maintenance, reporting any issues to the housekeeping team.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
