We are seeking a highly skilled Product Database Manager to join our team at NRS Healthcare. As a Product Database Manager, you will be responsible for managing our internal CMS systems, including PIM, Icon, and IRIS, to ensure that product information is up-to-date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Product Information Management: Manage the PIM, Icon, and IRIS system, updating product information and images, and liaising with commissioners to complete their requests on specific contract products and categories.
- Online Task Management: Manage and update each stage of the product setup through an online platform, ensuring that all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supplier Communication: Contact and work with suppliers to collect relevant information to update product descriptions, specifications, and images, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required information.
- Contract Data Upload: Work closely with the clinical team to update all product information in the PIM and Icon systems onto new contracts, ready for them to be made live on the IRIS site.
- Image Rendering and Formatting: Format images sent by suppliers for use on the IRIS site, requiring a knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible as deadlines and priorities sometimes change.
- Workload Prioritization: Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excel and Word Skills: Excellent Excel (vlookups and pivots essential, simple macros useful) and Word skills are required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate confidently at all levels is essential.
