Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support on customer service queries, including refunds, credit queries, network tariffs, returns, and handset exchanges.
- Offer solutions that meet customers' needs while balancing financial objectives.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers while maintaining data security and compliance.
- Accurately complete customer service queries within SLAs, ensuring world-class service.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a confident and friendly approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house IT systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
