About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Attendance and Intervention Specialist to join our Student Support team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the student journey and ensuring the highest standards of attendance and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Attendance Strategies: Design and implement effective attendance strategies to improve student engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and Analyze Student Progress: Monitor and analyze student progress, identifying areas of improvement and developing targeted interventions to support students.
  • Provide Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to students on course selection and academic progression, ensuring they have the best possible chance of success.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with partner universities and other stakeholders to manage student data accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate Reports and Insights: Generate precise and timely reports for senior management on student attendance and progression, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and Deliver Training: Work with the Attendance and Intervention Lead to develop and deliver training and guidance materials to support the skills development of the Intervention Support and Student Support teams.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of customer service standards and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating a positive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop.
