This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Contact and Engagement Support Caller to join our team at the University of Leeds. As a key member of our Educational Engagement team, you will play a vital role in supporting student wellbeing and providing exceptional customer service to our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to ensure seamless delivery of student support services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners to promote a positive student experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of student support initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with University strategies and priorities.
