About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Process supplier invoices, manage the purchase ledger, and prepare payment runs for non-stock suppliers.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Conduct weekly reconciliations of bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Expense Management: Process expenses and maintain accurate records.
  • Month-End Process: Assist with the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Candidates must have experience in a similar financial operations role.
  • Qualifications: May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT).
  • Skills: Good MS Excel skills and excellent communication skills.
