Role

In this role, you will be a crucial part of our UK sales team, responsible for growing and expanding our client base by finding and converting new generator accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new owners of renewable energy projects to support customers in optimizing the sale of their electricity.
  • Take full ownership of a business development pipeline, delivering value to clients through a relationship-focused sales process.
  • Build strong client relationships by communicating regularly, traveling to in-person meetings, and networking at industry events.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 2-10 years of business development experience with a proven track record.
  • An excellent communicator with experience pitching to company directors or equivalent.
  • Confident with presenting complex data sets to deliver high-level insights and analytics to key clients.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector and its trends.
  • Ideal candidate will be based in Bristol, but we are also open to candidates based in the UK in locations that can conveniently travel to Bristol and London.
  • Passionate about sustainability and accelerating the journey to net-zero.
