About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Valet and Vehicle Preparation Specialist to join our team at Europcar Group.

As a Valet and Vehicle Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company vehicles are prepared to a high standard, ready for delivery to our customers. This will involve valeting vehicles in all weather conditions, supporting the driving team with delivery and collection of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and tidy preparation area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare company vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for delivery to customers.
  • Valet vehicles in all weather conditions, paying close attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Support the driving team with delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Identify any fleet maintenance issues and report them to the relevant team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A full, valid clean driving license, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Good team player, with a willingness to support and collaborate with others.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience.
