About the Role

Consulo First is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business partnerships with key decision makers in the Northwest of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales within the assigned customer portfolio by executing our growth strategies and uncovering new customers and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships with key decision makers, creating and executing plans that discover and drive our customers' strategic initiatives.
  • Design solutions that apply value propositions and strategies to further commercialise existing and new products and services.
  • Support customer service and continuous improvement through our company values and initiatives.
Requirements and Selection Criteria
  • 3-5 years of previous experience selling in the industrial sector with either an OEM or specialist Distributor in Automation, Mechanical or Fluid Systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree or trade qualification in Engineering.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and negotiate with key decision makers and high-level client personnel.
  • Proven ability to understand technical concepts, plant processes, and take learning new ideas/concepts in their stride with a proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
