Job Opportunity: NMS Recruit Limited is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with dealerships across the UK, with a focus on onboarding new dealerships and facilitating vehicle finance to achieve monthly gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives
Conduct regular meetings with dealers to assess performance, gather feedback, and explore new opportunities
Ensure dealer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
Monitor and report on account performance and progress
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region

Requirements:
Proven experience in the Car Finance industry
Strong relationships with dealerships across the UK
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
