Representing one of the leading manufacturers in the heating industry, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing heating systems in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, with all necessary components supplied directly to your vehicle.

Comprehensive training will be provided for the successful candidate.

We encourage applications from engineers who have completed an apprenticeship, with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced City and Guilds in Gas or Plumbing being advantageous; Domestic ACS qualifications and a minimum of four years of relevant experience are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting servicing and repairs of heating systems in line with the manufacturer's specifications.

Monitoring your vehicle's inventory and ensuring accurate allocation of parts as they are utilized.

Adhering to Gas Safety Regulations and following manufacturers' instructions meticulously.

Demonstrating excellent diagnostic abilities and customer service skills is crucial.

You will be expected to effectively plan and organize your workload to optimize productive time and deliver exceptional service to clients.

This includes managing urgent and emergency repairs while striving to meet all scheduled appointments and performance targets.

Weekend overtime opportunities are also available.
