Gas and Plumbing Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Gas and Plumbing Engineer to join our team at Gas Connect Heating Ltd. As a residential gas and plumbing specialist, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential gas boilers and central heating systems, including safety checks and efficiency optimisations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and servicing residential gas boilers and central heating systems.
  • Landlord gas safety certificates.
  • Breakdown call outs to diagnose and repair faults in heating systems, including boiler breakdowns, servicing, radiator leaks/replacements, power flushes, and pipework leaks.
  • Handling gas hobs and gas fires, ensuring safe connections to gas supplies and compliance with regulations.
  • Repairing plumbing issues with toilets, taps, and showers.

Requirements:

  • CCN1 (Core Domestic gas safety) qualification.
  • CKR1 (Cookers) qualification.
  • H2R1 (Fires) qualification.
  • Unvented cylinder qualification (Unvented G3 Certificate).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a gas and plumbing engineer.
  • Problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix system issues.
  • Driving licence (no more than 6 points).
