Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director of Inclusion to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our inclusion and diversity agenda, ensuring that our company culture reflects the values of equality, respect, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure that our company culture is inclusive and respectful
  • Lead training and development programs to educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance our inclusion and diversity agenda
