About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Assistant Director of Allied Health Professionals to join our professional Corporate team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the NHS to deliver great patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop working relationships locally, regionally, and nationally, and will have experience in Trust-wide committee/working groups. They will also have knowledge of the relevant national People and professional strategies and priorities.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have HCPC Registration as an Allied Health Professional, and will be educated to master degree level (or equivalent experience) with high-level analytical skills and the ability to translate vision into clear direction. They will also have continued professional development, including evidence of reflective practice, in-service training, any courses/conferences attended, and experience gained.
