Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties:
  • Identify and maximize business opportunities
  • Advertise properties, manage viewings, and register applicants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Introduce new business and build alliances within the local community through active networking
  • Communicate effectively between clients and vendors
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry
  • Manage the sale of a property from viewing to close
  • Support branch management with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Listing and valuation experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
