Key Responsibilities

Cultivate robust relationships with current clients, tracking their purchases to identify upselling opportunities. Initiate, define, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing sales performance and revenue. Collaborate with the Client Services team to execute activities throughout the client lifecycle to boost renewal rates. Formulate and implement client sales strategies for products and regions to achieve sales objectives. Support our product development team by proposing innovative ideas and gathering client feedback during the launch of new offerings. Foster strong connections with existing clients at industry events and product showcases. Lead the development of proposals and sales presentations for new offerings. Maintain the CRM system to ensure it accurately reflects sales activities, moving leads and opportunities through the sales funnel. Ensure that client contracts are signed and orders are processed in compliance with relevant regulations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience utilizing a structured sales methodology. Proven experience in sales leadership within a B2B context is preferred. Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring a sales team. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Familiarity with account-based marketing and managing targeted campaigns. Experience in handling multi-stakeholder sales processes and negotiating contracts. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to forecast and report on team performance. Proficient in CRM systems and reporting, with a preference for Salesforce experience. Working knowledge of the business media industry. Sales-driven, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders.
