Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key mass payment accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and meeting client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational and service improvements, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Project manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  • Monitor market rates and external economic factors impacting the business and clients, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and establish strong working relationships with client key stakeholders and internal commercial counterparts.
  • Develop and manage a solid and trusting relationship with our key Mass Payment clients, maintaining and enhancing existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting client needs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of financial services and payment solutions.
