About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advertising and Media Sales Executive to join our team at Mill Media. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and product, to develop and execute sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the media industry, including current trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
