Senior Conference Organizer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Producer to join our team at Honor Search Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the full production process of our conferences, from research and speaker acquisition to onsite management.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global platform dedicated to accelerating decarbonization across the energy-intensive sectors. Our company is a fast-growing business with an experienced entrepreneurial team, and we are looking for a talented individual who can help us shape the future of our events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial focus, combined with a genuine interest in B2B climate issues. You will be confident in phone-based research and speaker acquisition, with experience of building conferences with multiple content streams and senior speakers.
As a Conference Producer, you will take ownership of the production process, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality events that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our business plans and help shape the future of our events.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential speakers and topics for our conferences
- Acquire and manage speakers, including negotiation of contracts and logistics
- Develop and implement the overall concept and content of our conferences
- Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality events, including onsite management and coordination
- Contribute to the development of our business plans and help shape the future of our events
- 3+ years of experience in conference production, with a strong commercial focus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to travel internationally several times a year
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate potential speakers and topics
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
