Position Overview:
Index Exchange is seeking a Senior Buyer Development Manager with exceptional ad technology expertise, leadership capabilities, and consultation skills to join our EMEA team. This role will be pivotal in engaging with buy-side partners in the UK market, maintaining and enhancing existing relationships, and supporting business development to expand new accounts and partnerships while promoting the Index Exchange brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for UK-based agencies, brands, and their associated programmatic trading desks.
- Manage relationships with buyers, ensuring they receive product suitability and partnership expansion opportunities while effectively communicating across organizational lines.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and align the needs of UK buyers with the Index buyer product suite.
- Conduct financial reporting and hold quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Participate in relevant industry events and engage partners in innovative ways to foster strategic account growth.
- Collaborate with Index's Account Management and Operations teams to manage deal activity and raise awareness of opportunities presented by our premium publishers.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media, with a comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK buy-side markets and a robust network of buy-side contacts.
- Prior experience in buyer-facing sales roles at an exchange or DSP is highly valued.
