**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will provide full support to an Adviser in all aspects of client support, including meeting preparation, collating documents, submitting new business, and maintaining administration systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare for meetings and collate all required documents and research for report preparation
* Submit new business on and off platforms, including income payments and withdrawals
* Prepare files for client visits and produce valuations and illustrations
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders by telephone, letter, and email
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and diary management systems
* Ensure daily workflow is completed in line with SLAs
**Requirements**
* Experience working within the financial services industry, preferably in the Pensions & Investments arena
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide a first-class service to clients and consultants
* Familiarity with Intelligent Office is an advantage
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary up to 28,000
