Financial Services Administrator Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator within Financial Services to join a growing company with a strong focus on employee development and growth.

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a team of Financial Advisors, who deliver holistic financial planning to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and chasing new business opportunities
  • Obtaining illustrations, projections, and valuations for clients
  • Responding to client queries and providing accurate information
  • Updating and maintaining information on the company's back-office system
  • Preparing documents for suitability reports and client meetings
  • Liaising with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication
