Financial Services Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in Warwick, providing financial planning administration support to a team of Financial Advisors. The business values the role you play in helping the team deliver a quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and chase new business opportunities
  • Obtain illustrations, projections, and valuations
  • Answer and assist with client queries
  • Accurately update and maintain information on the back office system
  • Prepare documents for suitability reports
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Prepare client meeting packs
Requirements
  • Experience as an Administrator within financial services
  • Good knowledge of financial planning processes, products, and how a Financial Advisor operates
  • Motivation to join a growing business and contribute to its success
