Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a background in operational excellence and performance management to lead our strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving performance optimization and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the creation and execution of operational excellence initiatives, coordinating closely with vital stakeholders (PMO, IT, HR, etc.)
  • Facilitate company planning and performance management processes, working in close partnership with Strategy teams and Extended Leadership to ensure cohesive execution and alignment
  • Develop and implement performance management methodologies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in operational excellence or related fields
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning
  • Experience with OKRs framework and performance management methodologies
