About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to optimize business outcomes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to drive innovation in generating sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits and follow the sales process as set out in the Sales induction training and development guide.
  • Proactively work as a member of the sales team and demonstrate effective team working skills.
  • Evaluate each sales process to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability for the Company.
  • Sell customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the Company.
  • Ensure every customer contact is recorded on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR.
