Job Title: Household Waste Recycling Centre Supervisor

Thalia Waste Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our HWRC and Waste Transfer Station (WTS) sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of materials and operate plant and machinery as required.
  • Use the performance review system to set annual objectives for direct reports and review progress periodically.
  • Drive on-site vehicles as required and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the waste industry, particularly in operating mobile and Mechanical Treatment Plants, is highly desirable.
  • Essential experience in people management or supervision, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of adapting to various computer-based systems.
