Main Responsibilities

As a Service Road Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Service Road Team/Housekeeping, ensuring the efficient collection and recycling of waste, and providing guidance and advice to Retailers. You will also be responsible for carrying out reactive works, including supporting Events logistics and removing stock from closed units. Additionally, you will monitor staffing levels and ensure sufficient cover, as well as experience in dealing with COSHH and Risk assessments for staff.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience within the Waste Sector/Recycling/Environment/H&S
  • Driving licence - Essential
  • FLT licence - Essential
  • Self-driven - work well on own and as part of team
  • Stock control experience of consumables
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
