Team Leader Opportunity at Mayfair Homecare

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Mayfair Homecare, working out of our Milton Keynes branch. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our service users in the Milton Keynes area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Conduct quality monitoring, including spot checks, care assessments, and client reviews
  • Audit MRC charts and communication logs on a monthly basis
  • Conduct care assessments, complete care plans, and risk assessments for new clients
  • Liaise with external agencies, including social services, doctors, and district nurses
  • Support new Homecare staff during induction and ensure completion of care certificates
  • Participate in an on-call service and provide hands-on care as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care
  • Hold or be working towards a NVQ Level 3
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel for quality monitoring duties
