Job Title: Personal Assistant

RMS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join their team in West London.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a PA in a similar creative environment and be proficient in MS Office packages and familiar with AV systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including diary and inbox management, travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate events, meetings, and prepare necessary materials to ensure smooth execution.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing tasks, including updating bios, photography, and social media.
  • Communication: Support responses to press, media, and business enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a PA in a similar creative environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and familiar with AV systems.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media is desirable.
  • Proactive, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving skills.
