About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch General Manager to join our team at DFS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our store remains competitive and relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in retail or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a customer-centric approach to business.
