Position Overview
Are you an enthusiastic physiotherapy professional eager to enhance and refine your expertise in a diverse rotational role? As a Band 6 Physiotherapy Practitioner within our esteemed organization, you will have the chance to cultivate leadership abilities and explore various non-clinical facets of a specialized practitioner. This role is designed to empower you to operate confidently as an independent practitioner across a wide array of specialties. You will collaborate closely with experienced team members to ensure high-quality, rotation-specific care for patients with diverse medical conditions, tailored to the specialty you are engaged in. We prioritize collaborative teamwork across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a superior standard of physiotherapy services, tailored to the specific rotation, aimed at facilitating and maximizing patient potential within the service parameters.
- Assume a teaching and mentorship role for colleagues, junior staff, and students on placement.
- Engage in the Band 6 rotational program, which may involve working across various settings within the Trust, including orthopaedics, musculoskeletal conditions, acute stroke, critical care, surgical/pediatrics, and acute medical.
