About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Relationships: Foster warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns.
  • Recovery Focused Support: Work in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to their individual needs.
  • Goal Setting: Help service users develop recovery-focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration.
  • Respecting Dignity: Respect service users' right to privacy, ensuring their dignity is maintained at all times.
  • Supporting Tenancy Management: Advise and support service users in all aspects of managing their tenancy and maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing person-centred care and support. Previous care experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in a bright, friendly environment and be committed to delivering high-quality support.
