The Role
We are seeking a Disability Support Professional to join our team on a casual basis in Horsham, VIC. As a member of our team, you will work alongside an engaged, committed, and expert team to ensure the people we support lead happy and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement personalized support plans based on the individual's needs, preferences, and interests.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties.
- Aid individuals in accessing community activities, social events, work, and appointments.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality service that meets the needs of our clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Hold a current Employee Working with Children Check and an unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
- Provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster.
