Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis in the Horsham/Nhill region. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement support plans that cater to the unique needs, preferences, and interests of our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties
  • Support clients to participate in activities they enjoy, such as social events, work, and appointments
  • Promote personal choice and control for our clients
  • Administer medication and provide general care and support
Requirements
  • A passion for working with people and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster
  • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
