Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Assistant to join our team in the Horsham/Nhill region. As a Disability Support Assistant, you will work alongside a committed and expert team to ensure the people we support lead happy and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement support plans based on the needs, preferences, and interests of the individuals we support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene, household duties, and medication administration.
  • Promote personal choice and control for the individuals we support.
  • Aid individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as social events, work, and appointments.
Requirements
  • A passion for enabling and working with people with disabilities.
  • Desire for meaningful work and comfort in providing daily living support.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and individuals we support.
