Housing Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Lettings Team as a Housing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our tenants and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, rent payments, and other relevant information.
- Respond to and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a fair and impartial manner.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that tenants receive the support and services they need.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the delivery of housing services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
