Role:

As a key member of our rapidly expanding team, we are seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to support our customers in modernising their infrastructure, bringing simplification and performance in a secure manner.

You will work closely with vendors to manage product design, collaborate with service partners, and utilise internal resource capability to build end-to-end infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer challenges and working with vendors to develop solutions
  • Ensuring solutions meet technical requirements and are fit for purpose
  • Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions
  • Providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Excellent product experience with Dell, HPE, or Cisco
  • Strong understanding of hybrid solutions environments
  • In-depth knowledge of servers, storage, and networking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with multi-vendor tools and pre-sales environments
