VIPU Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in addressing the challenges of updating their infrastructure, aiming to simplify operations and enhance performance while ensuring security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them to expand their infrastructure and improve their IT services.
  • Keep the portfolio of Hybrid Infrastructure solutions updated in response to market needs and trends.
  • Upsell and cross-sell IT solutions to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance basic Bill of Material (BoM) requests into comprehensive solutions.
  • Analyse, design, and support complete infrastructure solutions tailored to the requirements of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of key vendors such as Lenovo, HP, and Dell.
  • Personable and exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and account managers.
  • Experience in a sales-based role, with a proven track record of upselling and cross-selling IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in server and datacentre solutions, with a strong understanding of cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
