About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team at Jumar Solutions. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers to meet the challenges of modernising their infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to understand their infrastructure challenges and develop end-to-end solutions that meet their technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage product design and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Utilize internal resources and service partners to build and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Ratify solutions agreed with pre-sales and vendors to ensure they meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent product experience with Dell, HPE, or Cisco.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid solutions environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of servers, including how they work, how they are built, and different methods of storage.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with vendors and internal teams.
  • Experience working with multi-vendor tools.
  • Experience working in pre-sales.
