VIQU Limited is seeking a talented Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our organization is renowned for delivering a comprehensive suite of IT services and solutions, encompassing consulting, system integration, cloud computing, and e-commerce.

In this role, you will be integral to our mission of assisting clients in modernizing their infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency, security, and overall performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance to clients on infrastructure modernization and expansion.
  • Revise the Hybrid Infrastructure offerings in alignment with market trends.
  • Design and implement customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Stay updated on assessment tools relevant to Hybrid Infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of leading vendors such as Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Veeam, and NetApp.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Enhance client technology strategies for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of key vendors including Lenovo, HPE, Dell, and familiarity with Veeam, NetApp, and Cisco.
  • Proven experience in a technical capacity focused on Hybrid Infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, and data center solutions.
  • Expertise in server and data center technologies.
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role.
