Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to join our client in Hampshire, leading the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, conducting internal audits, and championing quality best practices throughout the business.

In addition to quality aspects, the role will involve working on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters, including monitoring risks and hazards, managing QHSE induction and training programs, and promoting awareness to all employees and stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a BSc (2:1) or higher degree in a relevant subject, with previous experience in a similar Quality Management role and a track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will also hold relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, COSHH, and ISO 9001 QMS Internal auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the QMS
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
  • Conduct internal audits and champion quality best practices
  • Work on HSE matters, including monitoring risks and hazards
  • Manage QHSE induction and training programs
  • Promote awareness to all employees and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BSc (2:1) or higher degree in a relevant subject
  • Previous experience in a similar Quality Management role

Location: Farnborough area

Salary: Circa £50k DOE plus benefits

Special Requirements: Due to the nature of work, incumbents of this position are required to meet special nationality rules and undergo security clearance vetting.
